Material Used
The wide range of couplings andBite Type Fittings are manufactured in Steel, Stainless Steel 304/316 & Brass. O-ring supplied with the fitting is made of NBR (e.g. Perbunan) having shore hardness of 90º + 5º & temperature range of -35º up to +100º C.FPM (e.g. Viton -25º up to +200º C) can also be supplied on request.
- Complex shapes such as elbows, tees, etc are manufactured from hot forging, which has obvious advantage over plate in extreme strength & high impact resistance
- Straight fittings are manufactured from cold drawn bar stock
- Profile bodies may also be used for shaping item wherever required
Bite Type Tube Fittings DIN
- Available in three series
- Two cutting edges of the progressive ring bite into the outer surface of the tube, ensuring the holding for high tube pressure
- Flareless metric fitting that consists of a body, a progressive ring (sleeve) and a nut
- Manufactured in accordance with DIN2353/DIN EN ISO8434-1
